PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) includes safety gear worn to minimize exposure to electrical hazards. For electrical work, PPE includes insulated gloves, safety glasses, arc-rated clothing, face shields, and insulated tools. The level of PPE required depends on the voltage and arc flash potential of the work.
