Quiz coming soon. For now, proceed through the lessons.

Stage 1: Foundations of Electricity

This stage covers the fundamental building blocks of electricity that everything else builds upon. You’ll start from the very basics — what electricity actually is, where it comes from, and how it travels from power plants to your home. Then you’ll zoom into the atomic level to understand why some materials conduct electricity and others don’t.

From there, you’ll explore the three pillars of electrical theory: voltage (the push), current (the flow), and resistance (the opposition). Each concept builds on the previous one, using everyday analogies like water pressure, pipe diameter, and flow rate to make abstract ideas concrete and intuitive.

The stage culminates with Ohm’s Law — the single most important equation in electricity — which ties voltage, current, and resistance together mathematically. By the end of this stage, you’ll be able to predict how circuits behave, understand why short circuits are dangerous, and have the vocabulary to discuss electrical concepts with confidence.
